AIEEE Results Are Out

Yup you heard rite. The results can be seen on the official AIEEE website Ya I did see my results and as i had said in my post “AIEEE Sucks” the paper wasn’t so good and here are the results..
I got a rank of something like 4 thousand and i ain’t eligible for counseling ie for going to the colleges and giving interviews and taking part in GD’s which is the next step of admissions.
The next results are on the 7th which are my HSC (standard 12) results followed by the big one … my CET results which are probably on the 14th … lets see how it goes 
EDIT: This post was written back in 2005. Results come out around last week of May or first week of June. Cut off depends on percentile. Depends on how well your peers did. Its all down to the ranks, not the marks. That’s how all competitive exams work. Be patient. Results will come soon.

You can get your results at their official website (click here to go there)
But thats just the online result. You need to wait for the actual marksheet to arrive at you place. People here are getting their results so you should too i guess in a week
i still did not get my rank or admit card till now and time is very short for online counselling

Well i can assure you the results dont come out so early. I gave the exam on 8th May and the results came out of 1st June.

1) AIEEE results are on results.nic.in i think.
2) Your score cards take time to come.
3) If there is a mistake then you can correct it. Please read the info on the documentation you’ve recieved. (refering to chanda.d.s)
4) Dont be an emo and take too serious over the results. There is a very slim chance that these results are wrong.
Such things happen in life so live with it (im refering to akshay.v)

AIEEE 2006 results cannot be seen through the official AIEEE website nor cbseresults.com website. Access denied is the error reported when roll number is entered. Are there any other locations where AIEEE 2006 results can be viewed?

The results will be out around next month, Rajkumar. Be patient. There is nothing I can do about it. You will just have to wait and check the official AIEEE site (which is http://aieee.nic.in/ if you didn’t already know :))
Prasoon: If you mean state rank under 2000, wrt aieee 2005, it was about 175+ out of 675. A score higher than 200 or 210 would get you into state wide councelling. Score of around 230-250 is what people would like if they want to stand a chance to get into a NIT. This was 2005. Things change. Patterns change. Scores change. But that’s the trend. Its basically dependent on the percentile, that’s all

Last year aieee was held on 30 april and results were out on 24th april 2006; this year it was held on 29th april, so results should be out nay day now!

marks is solely relative depending on the performance of the students! so from marks u wont be able to judge your rank! Also state quotas r there. In some states the compettition is more than in others.

Neeraj, With a rank of around 1 lakh, I doubt you’d be called for counselling let alone get into one of the NITs.
there has been some mistake in my aieee paper coz when i checked my answers with the online solutions provided by Brilliant Tutorials i m getting 178 marks and the website is showing 32 marks….i made a mistake in marking the paper code during exam (i marked the next paper code) and then rectified it as per instructed by aieee official……now i think that didnt occur and mistake is still left as mistake…..can ne one tell me a way to get this rectified….if yes plzz mail me at this id–> shreniktrivedi_89@yahoo.co.in

when are the results announced?
Results can be found over at the official AIEEE website (http://aieee.nic.in/).
These results can be seen online.
The AIEEE results usually come out around the first week of June every year, give and take a week
As for getting the actual mark sheet, you’d have to wait for it to be mailed to you. My results came after I had applied for the admission so I just showed the printout of the page on the AIEEE website showing my results. They were accepted by all colleges here in Mumbai University, don’t think it should be any different under any other university. Either way, you could always confirm with that particular college. Get the phone number of the college you are applying to and ask them over the phone. That’s the reason why they give their phone numbers

01st of June is just an estimate. That’s when my results came out 3 years ago.

I would estimate that the AIEEE 2008 results should come out pretty soon. Give it a week or two. Usually it does come around this week or the next. You just have to patiently wait and watch

dharmin: I doubt they will give you such an old marksheet. Secondly, colleges can’t cancel your admission. It is their responsibility to collect those papers. They didn’t. For all they know, you could have submitted it and both of you don’t remember
Or that they lost it and are blaming you. Either way, they shouldn’t blame you for not having a marksheet that got you into engineering 2 years into it.. I certainly don’t have mine

Well Divya, lets answer your question.
When you look at your result, it will tell you if you are eligible for counselling, I believe.
As for the colleges, you have a nice little list in the AIEEE brochure. There is another set of engineering colleges that isn’t mentioned there.
When I took my admission, colleges in Maharashtra had an AIEEE quota (for which you’d have to apply along with the normal CAP forms). Not sure if other states had this but Maharashtra sure did. Last I heard, the AIEEE quota for colleges in Maharashtra were still open
Talk to someone in Maharashtra and they can probably tell you more. I’ll try getting hold of the site for you.
As for the delay, I’m sorry but I’m currently dealing with my Sem 6 engineering exams and with the French Consulate for my Visa for the Imagine Cup World Finals.

Well Divya, depends on which region you live in. If you’re in Mumbai (or are applying for colleges there), I could help you out. As for colleges outside Mumbai, I wouldn’t be sure since I know of none.
