CET Results Out

under Academics, Announcements, Wassup on June 14th, 2005 at 12:48 pm

:( …… get the idea. I got only 144 marks. 34 in physics, 36 in Chemistry and 74 in Maths. I wanna give my paper for re-evaluation but i costs Rs 500 and thats the only thing that is bugging me cause usually it doesnt make much of a difference.
My state rank is 5820 which is extremely dissapointing even though there were 1,80,000 students appearing it remains to be seen if i’ll get into a good college for Electronics and Telecommunications.
The CAP starts on 5th July so i think i’ll have to take admissions in some college for BSc. as the BSc. admissions start on 16th June.
Lets keep our finger’s crossed, pray to God and hope for the best. Most of all in such desissive times i remember the great words “What ever happens, happens for a reason.”

You need your cousin’s b’date, roll number and code. The code means that if he is a student who opted for only PCM then its MM, if only for PCB then BB if for PCMB then its MB.

Well Praful im not that sure but i would reckon MIT or PIT are really good tho PIT is an autonomous college.

But my 1st sem is over so what are you gonna do with those marks now :S

Your MH-CET marks are only valid for only 1 academic year :P

  6. sakshi | August 7th, 2006 at 9:14 pm

can u tell me what is the minimum % for cet examination

  7. John Anderton | August 9th, 2006 at 11:13 am

There isnt any minimum percentage persay sakshi. It all depends upon your rank.
If you are in the top 1000, you can get into a really good college. top 2000 is your ticket to a good college. top 4000 you can get into a good college in the second round.
If you are inside about 10000 then you have a chance of getting in a decent Engg college.
After that, you need to look at how well you can do engg and if that is what you want to do. If it is then, yeah you will get into a college but no gaurentees as to how good it might be :)
