Double Live Testing

3 Days back i was invited to Live Mail Beta testing :D Today (well overnight) i got 15 invites to windows live messenger (WLM)
Live Mail Beta is pretty good. Its still underdevelopment and simple. It has a cool new feature called reading pane which is really cool imo ;) The 2 gb space helps too. The only problem is that it doesnt completely support firefox and IE 7 that i use needs to be refreshed a few times for it to work :-/

Actually i should never had gotten those 15 WLM invites cause im a WLM User which means i was invited by a tester who was invited by microsoft. I think microsoft is opening up the servers to more users gradually so they can test the load on the servers and they want to slowly increase the number of users using protocol 13.

But everyone got random number of invites. dt, who invited me, got 5 invites like chris (surfi) got as many as 19 :| Odd huh ?!? :P

    There are quite a few invites being thrown around a few sites if you would look. Please dont leave you mail out here in the open for spam bots to pick up. If you do so and something happens then you are responsible for it :P

    And btw, i gave away most of my invites. I think most people havent visited http://wlm-invites.be :rolleyes:

    My wife works in another state. We both occasionally come online in between our work and chat. We used yahoo messenger to leave offliners in case one wasnt available.

    But for some stranges reason her company has issued a direction not to use yahoo messenger and blocked it using firewall.Now we cant leave any offliners.

    The we heard about the new live messenger with offline messaging feature. On of our friends has promised to give an invite in a day or two, now I need only one invite for my wife.

    I would be thankful if you could help us stay in touch.

    Maybe it’s got to do something with the amount of contact or how long you’ve been using that email you’re on.

    I sent invites to most of you but if i did indeed miss out someone then thats cause i had some problem with your email address. Please tell me your email addresses again for wlm invites.

    Note: WLM invites are subject to correct email addresses and my will :P Live with it :P
    If you already have an invite then please return it to me or give it to someone you know who needs it cause we dont want to waste invites now do we :)
