‘The’ day of the year

under General Stuff, Wassup on April 9th, 2006 at 7:55 pm

Apparently since midnight my cell phone has been continuosly ringing either for messages or calls each one of them saying the same thing, “Happy birthday”. I still need to figure out what it means so i called up a few “linguistic scholars” but none of them could solve the puzzle of the Birthday. After some looking into it, i came to the conclusion that i should google it but since that led me no where i followed the link to the definition of the word “birthday” present on that page.

Answers.com seemed to have led me to the wiki definition which stated ….

A birthday is the date on which a person was born. It is customary in many cultures to celebrate the anniversary of one’s birthday in some way, for example by having a birthday party with friends in which gifts are given. It is also customary to treat someone especially well and generally accede to their wishes on their birthday.

Since i didnt get any gifts or parties i sent messages to everyone who wished / called me stating exactly what wiki did. Finally my brother called me and wished me. Just as i was about the say the same thing he offered me a gift. It was only then i realised, omg its my birthday today. :o

On a more serious note, i turned 19 today. The birthday gift is something i am “supposed” to recieve when my bro comes back home. Dont worry, if i do get the thing that he told me, i would definately make a post about it :p

Btw i did message back all my friends as a prank. I had already looked up the definitions and had the templates ready for the past 3 months :refuck:

This has nothing to do with your birthday (Happy brithday!), but this blog is really hard to read! Maybe you should soften the grid, and make it dark.
