Finally i have the domain that i wanted. http://jalife.net

I was planning to buy it and save money for it for a long time. But since i don’t have a credit card nor does paypal work in my country afaik and nor did i understand paypal fully. So I and Matt were having a chat and he got me the domain from the money he got from his dreamhost discount code. Ill put it up as soon as i get it from him in the morning So dt if you are reading this, tell me your link.

The transfer didnt take long. And the domain is up and running I think this warrants a new theme Anyway i have the old domains and subdomains (jalife.be and ja.thedt.net) redirected here. Ill probably use ja.thedt.net for some other purpose when i figure one out. Maybe it can be my upload site ?? I like the /up folder. Lets see.

All the subdomain’s are still .be’s Ill move them when i feel the need / feel bored / the .be domain expires

I went to my friends place and noticed that he has objectdock. So i downloaded it last night. Its been about 1 hour since i installed it and now i can say i have configured it perfectly as i like. This is my thrid configuration and i am going to stick with it. No more windows taskbar. I was avoiding such apps for so many years since they used to slow down my already slowish pc. But since i got more ram, everything seems to be better. I am doubtful if the upcomming windows vista will work on full graphics on my pc (because of its on the fly blurring), so i might as well enjoy xp to the max

My current setting has all my apps, startmenu, my computer, games and utilities on my top bar which is retractable. Then comes by right end center bar which covers all my taskbar items and the right end bottom bar has all my system tray apps thus giving me access at my finger tips and yet giving it a bit different look The only problem is that the top bar takes up the position of my winshaded winamp window. I guess winamp will hence forth be off centered
The taskbar also keeps a screenie of any window/popup if you want so its pretty good

I am running ObjectDock Plus 1.20.522u

Time to edit my Profile after i fix (or get a new) keyboard. Its being dodgy and stopped typing some letters on irc in the middle of a sentence About half an hour later it stopped completely

I finally got the game disc and i got my self registered and now it says that the servers are down ¬¬

I hope they fix it quick cause i wanna see whats the big deal about

3 Days back i was invited to Live Mail Beta testing Today (well overnight) i got 15 invites to windows live messenger (WLM)
Live Mail Beta is pretty good. Its still underdevelopment and simple. It has a cool new feature called reading pane which is really cool imo The 2 gb space helps too. The only problem is that it doesnt completely support firefox and IE 7 that i use needs to be refreshed a few times for it to work

Actually i should never had gotten those 15 WLM invites cause im a WLM User which means i was invited by a tester who was invited by microsoft. I think microsoft is opening up the servers to more users gradually so they can test the load on the servers and they want to slowly increase the number of users using protocol 13.

But everyone got random number of invites. dt, who invited me, got 5 invites like chris (surfi) got as many as 19 Odd huh ?!?

Wordpress 2.0 is out. Its just been 7 days since the rc 3 release and a stable version is out. Thank god i didnt upgrade in that period. I never knew being lazy actually could help me out

Anyways, there is no use in me telling you what the new features are cause if you are a user at wordpress.com then you have already seen most of the additions (most prominent of which is the admin cp which i love ;))

The wysiwyg is looking good so far. But not everyone likes it. I like it so far

I had to make a few changes and it took me some time to change some stuff as i have customised my copy and the locations of the smileys and stuff is different. Anyways, enjoy it

Well im a tester for microsoft and have been so for the past year and a half. I originally wanted to do stuff for the messenger and the os departments both of which are quite tough to get into. The latter one is obviously the most prestigious one and takes time.

Tho i never got into the messenger department and i was gutted when i wasnt invited for wlm even tho i was more qualified than most other people (most of whom were beginners/first timers :|) Anyways a msn testing oldie RebelSean (a friend of mine from the messenger plus! forums) said on his blog here that he is willing to give out invites.

So if you want to be in contention then comment away.
